Matt plays a mix of house, from the deep and tech to the funky disco!
In June 2025 Matt will be playing his first radio set with Reform Radio, one of the largest Manchester Radio Stations both on local airwaves and the radio! Here you can find a little bio about the show!

"People often ask when is Matt? Why is Matt? But often not who is Matt? Meet Matt, a DJ from the North West of the UK, blending nostalgia and innovation in his sets, rooted in a music-filled upbringing and summers at local radio stations. Matt is a technical theatre grad specialising in visual/digital tech. On Twitch as "WhenIsMatt," as a member of the Twitch Creator Club for DJ's, he bridges the online communities and dance floors. He’s a regular in the VR rave scene, previously travelling to Ireland and Rotterdam in the process.

Matt takes you behind the scenes in 2 hours of who he is, the music that made him and some of his favourite tracks. From the open decks to online, he’s rising as one of the newest faces of the Manchester scene. This is a set not to miss as he explores the fabric that weaves together the flannel shirts he wears and the stories he tells."
In June, Matt teamed up with United By Breakbeats to play on their community day pre-party raid train. DJs from around the world teamed up to play bangers nonstop for 12 days and nights. Matt takes you through his favourite songs, still a little new to drum and bass and break beats. Then realised there was a few more songs he would have loved to play 😂
As part of 25 years of Opps!... I did it Again, Twitch and Sony teamed up with creators from Twitch's Creator Club for DJ's to celebrate such an iconic milestone! Matt was invited to take part playing some great music for a great moment in time; over 2 hours, he played some of his favourite music from the 90's and 00's. Get ready to go on a pop adventure with something old, something new and something blue!
This funky little project was recorded live on Twitch as part of this month's Twitch raid train, stripped of all the voiceovers and stream chatter so you can dive straight into the groove without interruptions. Think of it as a non-stop journey through the rhythms you love and might not know —just pure, unfiltered funk to keep those good vibes rolling.
Recently, I put together a set for an open deck, it didn't happen. but I really liked this and still wanted to record it. Still getting to grips with filters n stuff but really enjoyed putting it together a lil 70bpm, a lil 80, a little 140 to the moon and a whole lot of fun.
I grew up like most in that era playing the GTA series, from playing San Andreas at a friend's, to playing IV, to being in those glory days when GTA V came out, I remember that spring, just over 10 years ago; For as much as the game and its stories hooked me it was it's music, and this was a small homage to that.
